At Pie Matrix, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all hardware. If your device is not meeting your technical requirements, we are committed to making it right through a swift replacement or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Pie Matrix account and navigate to your order history to select the electronic items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the device is factory reset, cleared of all personal data, and securely packed in its original manufacturer packaging with all included cables and accessories.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring no previous tracking barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
